1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MotorVerify.ie website and the vehicle history check services ("Services") provided through it. MotorVerify.ie is an Irish-based vehicle history check service. We provide vehicle information sourced from third-party databases to assist users in making more informed vehicle purchase decisions.

3. About Our Service

MotorVerify provides vehicle history information by accessing data from third-party sources, including but not limited to Irish and UK vehicle databases. Our Reports present available data about a vehicle at the time of the check.

Vehicle data is sourced from third-party providers and public databases. We do not independently verify the accuracy of the data provided by these sources. The information in a Report reflects what is available in the databases at the time of the search and may not include all possible information about a vehicle.

4. Registration and Accounts

To purchase a Report, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order for a Report, you are making an offer to purchase the selected service. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment must be completed through our approved payment providers before a Report is generated. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and/or PayPal) to handle payments. Your payment details are processed securely by these providers and are not stored on our servers.

6. Report Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your Report will be generated and delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on data availability and processing.

We aim to deliver Reports promptly; however, we do not guarantee immediate delivery. Some Reports may require additional processing time.

7. Data and Accuracy

The information contained in our Reports is sourced from third-party databases and public records. While we endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data provided.

Vehicle data may be subject to delays in updating by the original data sources. Information that appears in a Report may not reflect the current status of a vehicle.

A MotorVerify Report is an information service and does not constitute professional advice. It should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any vehicle purchase decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotorVerify.ie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Any inaccuracy or incompleteness in the data provided in a Report;
  • Any decision made or action taken based on the information in a Report;
  • Any vehicle purchase, sale, or transaction entered into based on a Report;
  • Any delay in delivery of a Report;
  • Any interruption or unavailability of the website or Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Report giving rise to the claim.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct vehicle registration number;
  • Reviewing the Report carefully and considering its limitations;
  • Conducting your own due diligence, including physical inspection and mechanical assessment of any vehicle;
  • Not relying solely on a MotorVerify Report when making a purchase decision.

10. Digital Services

MotorVerify provides digital services. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the Report is a digital product delivered electronically. Access to the report data is provided for your personal use.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the MotorVerify.ie website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of MotorVerify or its licensors and is protected by Irish and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Website Availability
